Material characteristics

ESD semiconductor grade products are suitable for component operation and test process, and CMP process. Antistatic plastic product for high temperature environment. The antistatic PEEK has a surface resistivity of 106-109 ohms/sq. The dimensional stability of PEEK ESD60 is very high, so it is an ideal material for critical test jigs. It has excellent chemical resistance and is ideal for structural parts for wafer transfer and wet process tools
