PI[Vespel series, Quada series]

Material characteristics

Characteristic aromatic polyimide is an ultra high performance engineering plastics superior to other engineering plastics in heat resistance and wear resistance. Even at high temperatures, there is little physical degradation, and because of corrosion resistance and other environmental characteristics of excellence, has been used in harsh conditions.

Material characteristics

The continuous service temperature is 260 DEG C and the bending temperature of the load is 380. Because there is no melting point, it can be used at a temperature close to 500 degrees celsius.
The abrasion resistance is excellent, especially the low friction property at high temperature. Compared with all super high performance engineering plastics, it has great advantages.
Because of its high purity characteristics, the probability of outward venting is very low.
Because of its corrosion resistance, radiation resistance and plasma resistance characteristics, the main use is the semiconductor etching devices, parts and so on.
